I only want a few individual Merch items, is this possible please?

This is not something that our supplier base is geared up for, they supply products based on bulk orders.

How quickly can you supply Merch?

it varies slightly by product but generally speaking production lead times are a fortnight. If you have a more urgent need then please do ask, we may have a solution available.

How do you need the artwork supplied?

in most cases, we need an editable vector image. These are often created and saved as .eps, .ai or .pdf formats.

I have a fantastic design which has been created in Canva, can you use this?

Canva (and similar applications) create images suitable for web and similar. These are bitmapped images which look great on screen but are unsuitable for most commercial printing processes.

Can you create fully bespoke products?

That depends on the product. There may be a solution so please do discuss your ideas with us.

Can you guarantee my order will be delivered on a specific date?

No. We have control over the production process but very occasionally machines can break down and disrupt the manufacture. On most occasions goods will leave the factory on time but once with the courier then sometimes road or weather conditions can disrupt even the best of plans.

How do I know exactly what is being supplied?

We always supply detailed proofs and full cost breakdowns before you commit to an order. Whan you confirm these details with us you can be confident in receiving what has been agreed.
