BMT, (existing client of fifteen years) managed their branded merchandise from an internal storeroom, but with items going missing and unreliable stock levels, they needed a simpler, smarter and more reliable way to store, manage and distribute their branded merch.
Our Solution
With our warehousing partner, we transported everything to a secure warehouse and completed a full inventory for a clear baseline. We then digitalised everything through a custom built online portal to monitor what goes in and out 24/7, so staff could quickly view stock levels, order items, and create bespoke reports.
